Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and design individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community engagement and enhance patient understanding of common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, sharing insights and coordinating treatment goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, helping to stabilize patients in distress.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and mastery of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct mental health assessments and craft effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations, addressing a wide array of issues.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
