Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Holding an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a proven ability to support clients through therapy successfully.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
