Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients through video and phone consultations, evaluating their mental health status and establishing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to optimize client care.

• Educate clients’ families about mental health issues and treatment strategies, enhancing their understanding and facilitating meaningful involvement in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n
