This position operates entirely in a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients across Pennsylvania. Our therapists have the flexibility to manage their schedules while maintaining regular office hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The nature of telehealth allows for an adaptable work-life balance, catering to both the needs of our therapists and our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' unique needs, challenges, and strengths, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing resources on coping strategies for common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping clients with immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, guiding them through treatment options and available resources within the community.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
