Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to evaluate their needs and develop customized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.

  Implement a variety of effective therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

  Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, complying with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, to ensure the protection of client information.

  Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care that promotes better client outcomes.

  Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care offered to clients.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

  Demonstrated experience in employing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet individual client needs.
