This position will primarily allow you to work remotely, while also requiring occasional visits to our clinic in Narberth, PA. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's unique background, psychological history, and trauma experiences, in order to tailor effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at encouraging trauma recovery, strengthening resilience, and facilitating positive behavioral changes.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)—to support individual and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Deliver frequent individual and group therapeutic sessions, using established therapeutic frameworks to guide clients through processing their trauma and acquiring coping mechanisms.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring that all facets of a patient’s treatment are addressed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, employing crisis management techniques.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies, while guiding them towards available resources.
\n
• Maintain rigorous documentation practices in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.

• Engage in regular case consultations, attend team meetings, and participate in professional development focused on trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of trauma therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily be focused on helping individuals who have experienced trauma, which may include but is not limited to survivors of abuse, domestic violence, veterans experiencing PTSD, and individuals coping with significant life changes. Our patients often seek support in overcoming emotional and psychological challenges, and your expertise will be crucial in guiding them toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience, preferably in trauma-focused mental health settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, embodying a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Capacity to maintain composure in high-stress situations, ensuring effective client engagement at all times.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer software relevant to health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
