Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma history, guiding your development of personalized treatment approaches.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals in the organization to ensure cohesive and integrated care pathways for each patient.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses and the various resources available for support and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting patients who have endured significant trauma, including but not limited to PTSD, emotional disturbances from complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. The individuals you work with may be facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, or difficulty with emotional regulation, and your role will be pivotal in facilitating their healing journey and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure professional experience in a relevant mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
