Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships to support their mental health journeys.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, determine stability, and strategize discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized, client-centered treatment plans that address individual mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure effective treatment tracking and compliance with legal regulations.

• Perform intake assessments to gather comprehensive information, helping to inform ongoing therapy and treatment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, adapting approaches based on client needs and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
