Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate therapeutic interventions to individuals and families facing crises, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Collaborate with first responders and other professionals to deliver crisis support, which may include transporting clients to appropriate care facilities.

• Lead the dispatched mobile team, offering clinical guidance and support to fellow team members to ensure high standards of care are achieved.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the clinical needs of clients, crafting accurate treatment recommendations based on your findings.

• Facilitate referrals for placement, case management, and aftercare services to ensure clients have access to the comprehensive resources they need.

• Maintain an up-to-date awareness of community resources and services to enhance treatment options and collaborations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will have a direct impact on a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health issues. You will provide care for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy; candidates must possess the required credentials.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) without restrictions.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience with a strong foundation in mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
