Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, you will engage with clients to deliver high-quality therapeutic services through the following responsibilities:

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other suitable interventions tailored to each client’s situation.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, participating in regular meetings to discuss treatment plans, document care interventions, and ensure continuity of care.

• Provide ongoing case management for clients, coordinating with community resources and professionals to develop a holistic approach to treatment.
