Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health challenges, gather pertinent history, and work collaboratively to formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other effective techniques during individual, family, and group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute challenges, ensuring appropriate follow-up and ongoing support to help stabilize their situation.

• Maintain confidential and comprehensive client records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration by effectively communicating and sharing insights with team members to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, available resources, and community support services to empower them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
