Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, creating a welcoming space for clients to express their thoughts and concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities to tailor treatments for each individual client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients’ unique mental health needs and goals.

• Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships to promote self-awareness and growth.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure their coping strategies are effective and beneficial.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who may be coping with a variety of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your goal is to empower clients to develop skills that improve their quality of life, helping them navigate their daily challenges with renewed resilience and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience with no limited/provisional license and free of disciplinary actions against your practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature to connect effectively with clients.
\n
• Strong computer literacy to utilize the various platforms and tools needed for telehealth therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in remote therapy settings is an advantage, although not mandatory.

• Knowledge of and experience with different therapeutic modalities to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and proactive communication with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your working hours and caseload. In addition to a sign-on bonus, you will enjoy a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, providing financial support for your well-being.
