Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space while maintaining professional standards. You will also have access to a variety of digital tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient documentation and coordinate care efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories, identifying their specific needs and crafting tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that aim to promote resilience and facilitate trauma recovery.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention and manage trauma-related emergencies effectively, ensuring patient safety and support.

• Engage with patients and their families to educate them on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available support resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and evidence-based practice training focused on improving the quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population of trauma survivors, including individuals suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and a variety of anxiety and mood disorders related to trauma experiences. Our patients often seek therapy for challenges that have significantly impacted their daily lives, relationships, and overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• Strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
