Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively determine clients' mental health needs and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will connect with a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your personalized approach will assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, developing coping strategies, and ultimately achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy services in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to client-centered care.

• Proficiency in working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
