Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through culturally informed methodologies to develop individualized treatment plans that respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic practices, and a commitment to cultural competence in counseling.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating the ability to tailor approaches to meet varied needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
