Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through video conferencing, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, among others.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including care coordinators and psychiatrists, to ensure clients receive holistic support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients demonstrating acute distress, utilizing your skills to navigate emergency situations effectively.

• Participate in outreach initiatives, webinars, and community workshops aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and fostering understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively establish rapport with clients and forge therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• 1-3 years of experience in individual and group therapy settings.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and a comfort level navigating digital communication.

• A background in crisis intervention techniques and familiarity with community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
