Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients through scheduled meetings to establish rapport, track progress, and evaluate stabilization for potential discharge when appropriate.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gain insight into each client’s unique situation, ensuring the formation of effective treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with best practices for mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate on a regular basis with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to enhance client care and achieve cooperative therapeutic objectives.

• Participate in individual supervisory sessions to reflect on clinical practices and pursue continual improvement in client care.

• Engage with clients personally through one-on-one therapy sessions to address their mental health needs and facilitate personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include a rich diversity of individuals from various backgrounds, facing challenges related to mental health, emotional well-being, and familial relationships. In our outpatient clinic, you will engage with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, among other mental health concerns. The focus is on providing compassionate and individualized care that respects each client’s unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting, with at least one year of direct practice following graduation.

• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for efficient case management and documentation, including familiarity with spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort and skill in conducting intake assessments to evaluate client needs and design suitable treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a fee-for-service compensation model, ensuring that our clinicians are rewarded fairly and promptly, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections.
