Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our facility, you will:

• Provide individual therapy sessions that promote client introspection and emotional growth, develop personalized coping strategies, and facilitate open and honest communication.

• Lead group therapy sessions designed to foster peer connections, allowing clients to share experiences and learn from one another in a supportive setting.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are goal-oriented and aligned with each client's personal needs and preferences.

• Regularly monitor client progress using various assessment tools to ensure holistic development and adherence to treatment objectives.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team, effectively communicating client progress and coordinating care to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
