In this remote outpatient role, you will work closely with clients through video calls and teletherapy sessions, allowing for flexible scheduling while still fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships. Although primarily remote, there may be occasional in-office meetings for team-building and training purposes, enriching our collective knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate individual mental health needs, ensuring comprehensive understanding of each client’s circumstances.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to diverse client goals, employing techniques that adapt to the unique needs of each individual.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, as well as addiction issues. You will work with both adults and adolescents, employing a customized approach to address specific life situations, personal histories, and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
