Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver one-on-one therapeutic care through weekly video sessions, employing a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on supporting adult clients navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Please note, we do not accept interns or those requiring supervision.

• Demonstrated independence in case management and client scheduling, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license are permitted.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services is highly desirable, as it enables seamless adaptation to our virtual care model.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and tools for assessment and treatment, such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time counselors in this position can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 . In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to help offset medical costs.
