Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that clearly outline goals, intervention strategies, and measurable outcomes in collaboration with clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, employing evidence-based techniques when clients are facing acute mental health challenges.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, teaching coping strategies and referring them to community resources as needed.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements.

• Uphold high ethical standards in therapy practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, tailoring therapy approaches to meet the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients.

• Collaborate closely with other professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
