Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client’s mental health concerns, thereby developing tailored treatment plans that suit their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using established evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting approaches based on real-time feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental stance toward clients, ensuring a supportive therapeutic environment.
