Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to establish clients’ needs, diagnostic formulations, and treatment objectives. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that guide therapy sessions effectively.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Through these interventions, you will help clients cultivate coping strategies and develop healthier thought patterns.

• Keep meticulous clinical records, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality to comply with HIPAA regulations. Your attention to detail will protect our client's privacy and uphold the highest standards of professional practice.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care. Share insights and expertise to enhance the treatment process.

• Participate regularly in case consultations and peer reviews to discuss challenging cases, share best practices, and collectively improve the quality of care delivered to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele comprising adults, adolescents, and families. Clients present a wide array of concerns related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and more. The role emphasizes a client-centered approach, ensuring that services are tailored to meet their unique situation and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution demonstrating your academic rigor and foundational knowledge.

• Active licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
