Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and mental health challenges.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to adolescent and young adult clients.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, ensuring a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster deeper connections.
\n
• Providing one-on-one sessions with clients to address specific mental health issues and supporting their journey to recovery.
\n
• Collaborating with other therapists during case discussions to share insights and enhance therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with organizational policies and response to insurance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our therapists is to provide care for adolescents and young adults who are navigating complex mental health issues and substance use disorders. By understanding the unique challenges faced by this demographic, you will play a critical role in their healing process, employing strategies that create a safe environment to discuss their struggles and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• A valid and independent license such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT. Junior-licensed clinicians are also encouraged to apply, as supervision will be provided.

• A minimum availability of 12 hours per week for contract positions or a commitment to full-time hours (40 hours per week) for W2 positions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While all applicants with the required licenses are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in:

• Working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting.

• Telehealth practices and remote counseling.
\n
• Group therapy facilitation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This is a full-time role with a salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
