Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions, including group, individual, and family counseling.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.

• Participate in regular case discussions and team meetings to share insights and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Coordinate with the Admissions and Assessment team to ensure clients receive appropriate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary clientele consists of adolescents and young adults facing various mental health struggles. By limiting group sizes to a maximum of 8 clients, we ensure personalized attention and the development of meaningful therapeutic relationships. The focus will be on creating a safe space for discussions, fostering trust, and enabling clients to explore their challenges deeply. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT, or an equivalent license.

• Availability for either a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week for contract positions or full-time availability (40 hours) for W2 positions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their applications in counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and facilitate group therapy sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include access to free online continuing education units (CEUs), which support your ongoing professional development and licensing requirements.
