Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitating weekly group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients to foster engagement and relationship-building.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to review cases, share insights, and enhance treatment strategies.

• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Staying informed about current mental health trends and participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on supporting adolescents and young adults who are facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time roles or 40 hours per week for full-time W2 positions, with scheduled sessions in the evenings and Saturdays as needed.

• Demonstrated skills in therapeutic practices and a commitment to providing quality mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with experience working with adolescents and young adults, particularly in the areas of mental health or substance use treatment. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
