Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of adolescent and young adult clients.
\n
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a maximum group size of eight clients to foster meaningful dialogue and in-depth healing.
\n
• Providing continuous support and crisis intervention when necessary, adapting therapeutic approaches to each client’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Documenting therapy sessions and tracking client progress in compliance with organizational policies using our integrated electronic health record system.

• Participating in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and strategies, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere that enriches client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Renewal Mind primarily serves adolescents and young adults battling various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We believe in empowering our clients to achieve sustainable healing through high-quality, personalized care. Your ability to build meaningful relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid license in one of the following: LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT. We also welcome junior-licensed clinicians who are looking for supervision and mentorship.

• Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a contract (1099) or permanent (W2) employment position.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we highly value candidates with:

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations.

• Background in telehealth or remote counseling settings.
\n
• Evidence of ongoing professional development, such as receiving CEUs through courses related to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our clinicians receive access to:
