Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting that integrates outpatient office hours, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured and supportive approach to patient care. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as dictated by the needs of our young patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the needs, concerns, and strengths of children and adolescents.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that consider developmental stages, family dynamics, and individual treatment goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, to address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that empower parents and caregivers to support their child's emotional and psychological growth.

• Actively collaborate with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive, and holistic care for our patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies involving young individuals, ensuring immediate support and appropriate referrals.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular supervision, case consultations, and ongoing education to stay current with the latest developments in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies.

• Proficient in delivering individual and family therapy specifically tailored to young patients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, child-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
