Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, utilizing telehealth methodologies to deliver care to our young clients conveniently and effectively. Adapting to technology, you will conduct virtual assessments and therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for families throughout California. Hours typically range from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts to cater to scheduling needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health care to children and adolescents in various settings, ranging from those coping with anxiety and depression to those with complex behavioral issues. You will work closely with young clients, ensuring that therapeutic modalities resonate with their developmental needs, and engage families in their care processes to reinforce therapeutic practices at home.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, with strong exposure to child and adolescent mental health.

• Proven knowledge of mental health disorders relevant to children and adolescents, alongside effective therapeutic modalities.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy, with a focus on building rapport and trust with young clients and their caregivers.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and child-focused approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
