Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children and adolescents facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Proven experience with at least two years of post-licensure work preferred, showcasing your ability to handle complex cases.

• A strong foundational knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, best practices in treatment modalities, and a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy, with a focus on young clients.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families, enhancing their willingness to engage in treatment.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems along with general computer applications to streamline the delivery of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
