Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to provide tailored interventions for individuals, families, and groups.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline clear goals and interventions to guide clients on their path to recovery.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate coordinated and effective client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services, offering timely support and safety planning when clients are in distress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance client knowledge and coping skills.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring continuity of care and accurate record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits\n
