As a remote therapist, you will be equipped with modern telehealth technology to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions. This position allows for a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients’ psychological and emotional needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate individual and group psychological treatment.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health ailments, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance-related issues. Your therapeutic expertise will support individuals, couples, and families, emphasizing a tailored approach that respects each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
