Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, accurately diagnose conditions, and collaborate with clients in formulating effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and support through active listening and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Maintain high standards of documentation by keeping accurate, confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation, in compliance with state and federal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources to empower and advocate for client needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops and conference participation to stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients across various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults, each seeking support for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
