Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques through virtual platforms, ensuring that therapy sessions are productive, secure, and comfortable for clients.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish and review therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and adapting treatment strategies as needed.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the diverse preferences of clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and other evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, tracking client progress and adhering to best practices in confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.

• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the client’s experiences and challenges are essential in this role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation while working remotely.
