Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, focusing on their strengths and specific symptomology.

• Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans that are culturally sensitive, ensuring accessibility and relevance to clients' unique backgrounds.

• Provide outpatient services, which include individualized therapy, family counseling, and group sessions where appropriate.

• Implement trauma-informed practices throughout all interactions, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Maintain robust clinical documentation, including client assessments and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with program and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with vulnerable populations within the Irvine community and surrounding areas. This may include individuals grappling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• An active clinical license issued by the state of California (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in mental health, particularly with vulnerable populations.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
