Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold active licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, specifically in crisis intervention and therapeutic services.

• Knowledge Base: Candidates should have training and experience in individual and group therapy, psychological assessment techniques, and the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders.
