This position allows you to work entirely remotely, utilizing secure telehealth platforms for client interaction. The organization promotes a flexible work schedule, typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to design your work-life balance. There is no on-call requirement, allowing for a focused environment to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular one-on-one video chat therapy sessions with clients, ensuring a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Utilize your expertise to help clients identify and articulate their emotions, leading to greater self-awareness and improved relationship dynamics.

• Act as a client advocate by assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and developing actionable steps to achieve those targets.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and your clinical insight.

• Document client progress and treatment plans meticulously within our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance with telehealth regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in team meetings and case consultation to collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals within our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. These clients typically present with stable and low-acuity needs, allowing you to employ your therapeutic skills to enhance their coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall mental health. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship that drives positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent mental health license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong proficiency with technology and remote work tools, including telehealth software and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, based upon experience and hours worked.
