Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and administer standardized screening tools to gather pertinent information necessary for accurate diagnoses.

• Evaluate clients through mental status exams, functional assessments, and history-taking, including behavioral health, substance use, and trauma-related information.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that specifically target their identified mental health symptoms and goals.

• Utilize culturally competent and trauma-informed best practices, making use of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs during counseling sessions.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and support services, ensuring clients gain access to the necessary assistance for comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active California license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) is required.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to navigate complex client scenarios and develop treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
