Key Responsibilities\n

• Delivering direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders both in virtual sessions and community settings.

• Actively participating as a collaborative team member to meet shared objectives, focusing on a multidisciplinary approach in treatment planning and execution.
\n
• Respectfully engaging with culturally diverse individuals, integrating varied beliefs, traditions, and interpersonal styles into your practice.
\n
• Maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines, organizational policies, and external regulations while providing care.
\n
• Conducting individual assessments and therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and ensuring treatment aligns with client needs and feedback.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as necessary, responding promptly to urgent client needs to mitigate risk.

• Creating and implementing comprehensive integrated care plans, facilitating coordination of services among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational and legal standards, ensuring thorough data management.

• Participating in clinical committees and initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement.

• Providing on-call coverage as needed and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of underserved individuals facing significant mental health challenges. As such, your approach requires a profound understanding of the social determinants of health that affect our community. The role demands patience and empathy to effectively engage with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in mental health settings, is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions with clients and document treatment progress accurately.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of developmental and age-specific issues relevant to the populations served.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are highly preferred to improve communication and service access for our diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and generous paid time off (PTO).
