Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular supportive individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques aligned with diagnosed conditions.

• Document patient information and therapeutic interventions comprehensively and accurately, ensuring all progress notes are completed by the end of each shift.

• Monitor and assess patient progress toward established treatment goals, adapting strategies as necessary, and advocating for services to meet patient needs.

• Orient new patients and their families to the outpatient services, ensuring a comfortable and informed entrance into the therapeutic process.

• Assist in managing patient emergencies, applying crisis management skills effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

• Maintain a well-organized schedule, prioritizing sessions and patient needs to maximize effective use of time.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and social workers, to foster a cohesive and therapeutic environment for all patients.

The successful candidate will work primarily with a diverse population, including adults, children, and families, all seeking guidance for a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health treatment.

• Experience working with varied patient demographics, providing services that are culturally competent and sensitive.

• Knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
