Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervisory sessions to practicum students, offering insightful feedback and mentorship as they navigate their clinical licensure or Master’s degree requirements.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the diverse needs of individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based approaches and tailored interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Stay informed about current mental health research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic techniques to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Active professional liability insurance.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, supplemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
