Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our outpatient clinic team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique needs, using evidence-based practices.

• Evaluate and prioritize daily tasks based on the assessment of new, ongoing, and discharging patients in your case load.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including histories of medical and mental health conditions, to inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning for various emotional, mental, and behavioral disorders.
\n
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that encompass the client's goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.
\n
• Perform psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and bereavement support as needed, leveraging social work techniques to support patients during challenging times.

• Adhere to all clinical and ethical guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both clients and team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Our focus is on delivering personalized care that empowers individuals to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with email and word processing, are essential for documentation and communication.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While 3 years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be preferred. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling is also valuable.
