Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate client mental health diagnoses thoroughly, develop personalized treatment plans, and conduct ongoing assessments and documentation as required by company policy.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities that align with client needs and treatment objectives.

• Facilitate family, couples, and group therapy sessions when appropriate, using collaborative techniques to enhance relationship dynamics and communication skills.

• Provide comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to determine clients' treatment needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, consistent with legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to stay updated with current mental health practices and policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will directly impact a diverse range of patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
