Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, employing standardized tools and personal interviews to evaluate mental health status and emotional well-being.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, aligning strategies with the specific goals and requirements of each client to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and facilitating additional resources if needed.

• Collaborate closely with team members as part of a comprehensive care approach, discussing case management plans and referral options to enhance client outcomes.
