Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, empowering you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while complying with the necessary regulations and standards of practice. You will follow a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that a healthy work-life balance is maintained. As a part of our outpatient team, your efforts will be focused on delivering care to clients who may not have the opportunity to attend in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, addressing the unique mental health needs of clients and fostering a safe, supportive environment.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' challenges and strengths, using validated diagnostic tools.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from young adolescents to older adults, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Current and active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
