Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions designed to foster connection among clients as they share experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized support through empathetic one-on-one therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their thoughts and emotions and develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will specifically work with a diverse clientele of teens and young adults facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction. Your role will be pivotal in fostering hope and facilitating healing for clients in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), where innovative techniques and compassionate care lead to impactful recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• At least one year of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
