Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Peace Counseling Hub, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with the unique mental health needs of each client.

• Conducting in-depth assessments to identify specific mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and methodologies relevant to the field.

• Providing crisis intervention support when clients experience distress, ensuring they receive immediate and effective assistance.

• Delivering ongoing care and therapeutic support for clients grappling with mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders as needed.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions focused on personal growth, addressing family dynamics, unhealthy behavioral patterns, and other issues impacting mental health.

Qualifications\n

To ensure our clients receive the highest level of care, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating a strong background in mental health treatment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships that contribute to positive client outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who have additional experience in:
