This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the needs of patients, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to address subjects such as coping skills, stress management, and community resources.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and safety planning during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Keep accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, ensuring each patient's information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development, staying current with the latest research and techniques in mental health therapy.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is a must.

• Understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to apply various treatment modalities in clinical practice.

• Strong skills in communication, assessment, and building therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting the experience and expertise you bring to the team.
