Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools to ensure accurate understanding of their condition.

• Develop and track individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation and goals.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused techniques.

• Effectively intervene in crisis situations with professionalism, applying your skills to de-escalate and provide necessary support.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and ongoing evaluations in accordance with state guidelines and ethical practices.

• Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and remain abreast of the latest therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with a diverse range of clients presenting with low-acuity mental health issues. These may include anxiety disorders, mild mood disturbances, and adjustment issues. Our pre-screened clientele allows you to focus your expertise on providing effective therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each client receives the care and attention they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. A Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Strong ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships, demonstrating empathy and understanding to facilitate client engagement.

• Organizational skills that allow for effective management of client schedules and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical counseling role, preferably in a community health setting.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools, ensuring the ability to provide high-quality remote care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
