Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies including conducting thorough clinical evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct group therapy sessions, family therapy, and couple’s counseling to improve relationship dynamics and support overall mental health.

• Maintain accurate clinical records efficiently in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay aligned with the latest research and therapeutic techniques in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with diverse client demographics, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and more. Your understanding and sensitivity toward different backgrounds will support clients in navigating their therapeutic journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in California.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience is essential to succeed in this role.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines related to mental health practices.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
